Description: For CISPro Admin role 'Cart' is not available. User is not able to see Submitted request.

Check Admin Permissions- open ‘Roles ‘Roles & Users' → select CISPro Admin, click ‘Edit’ expand ‘Action ‘Action Permission’. ‘Request Queue', 'Submit Request' must be enlisted and enabled for Admin.
Next step is to create View for Submitted Request.
Clicked “more>Edit “more>Edit View” on CISPro home page
Click on 'Create New View'
Add View name and give category. Select who can see view- User, Role or Global. Select Grid/Tree view. Click ‘Create View’‘Create View’.
Add required column for step 2&3
Set Filters as per required.
View Attributes.
Last step is Fine tuning. Click Finish.
