"User have added the license file to Flex LM on our license server. User installed the software and pointed it to the server and the software loads without issues. User assumed this meant the license file is working fine but get the following error when running the license test. User have attached the Report too."

Solution: The error message users are seeing from the License Test arises because there is a difference in the License Pack version between the license server and the client machine (NDW1919).

After installing the 2021 License Pack version on the license server please reinstall the FLEXlm license file to make sure that it is picking up the new version.
