If an archive request has not been completed, clicking on the Stop link will halt the export in progress. Stopped export requests are not available for download.
If an archive request has a status of Failed, an error occurred during the export process. Please contact support for troubleshooting assistance.
Clicking on the trash can icon will remove both the request and associated archive file (if any) from ScienceCloud.
Step 4: Clicking on the +New Export link displays the export options window as shown:
