Description: For CISPro Admin role 'Cart' is not available. User is not able Unable to see Submitted request.
Solution: This is due to missing Action permissions.
Step 1: Check Admin Permissions --

Step 2: Select CISPro Admin

Step 3: Click ‘Edit’
Step 4: Expand ‘Action Permission’. ‘Request Queue', 'Submit Request' must be enlisted and enabled for Admin.

Step 5: Create View for Submitted Request. Follow the below sub steps :
A. Clicked “more>Edit View” on CISPro home page

B. Click on 'Create New View'

C. Add View name and give category. Select who can see view- User, Role or Global. Select Grid/Tree view. Click ‘Create View’.
