Use general search terms to find right topic within the Knowledge Based (KB) library.

3. Requests

Filter the request by status, creator and type of request.

4. Raise a Request and Submit a Ticket

You can choose from a list of four topics:

(1) Support Request, (2) Request a Demonstration, (3) Licensing & Billing Questions and (4) Other Questions.

Fill out all mandatory (*) fields, describe the reason why you are contacting us as detailed as possible and click submit.

The Summary field is linked to the KB library and will show you a list of articles that matches the terminology you are using. Maybe you can find here already the resolution of your issue.
