Description: For CISPro Admin role 'Cart' is not available. User is not able to see Submitted request.
Solution: This is due to missing Action permissions.
Check Admin Permissions- open ‘Roles & Users' → select CISPro Admin, click ‘Edit’ expand ‘Action Permission’. ‘Request Queue', 'Submit Request' must be enlisted and enabled for Admin.
Next step is to create View for Submitted Request.
Clicked “more>Edit View” on CISPro home page
Click on 'Create New View'
Add View name and give category. Select who can see view- User, Role or Global. Select Grid/Tree view. Click ‘Create View’.
Add required column for step 2&3
Set Filters as per required.
View Attributes.
Last step is Fine tuning. Click Finish.
