Descriptions: ELN doesn’t shows any experiments, experiment pane just says " loading" Notebook was upgraded from 2021 HF01 to 2021 SP1 on 07/10-21 (BIOVIA Notebook 2021 SP1 Version 21.1.100.14) .
Solutions:
The symptoms (null reference exception in QueriesController.GetResult), and the work-around to restart the IIS, is the same as for a known bug that we found internally and resolved in 2022.
If it is the same problem, then it is a combination of high memory usage on the server, and the thing bug in Notebook API that may lead to the global experiment cache gets expired and removed from memory. If this keeps reoccurring before you get a chance to upgrade to 2022, then adding more RAM to the application servers may reduce the frequency of this problem.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object. So please see if there are any other jobs running on the application servers that might use a lot of memory. For now, the work-around will be to restart IIS if the problem comes back. And as mentioned, the bug is fixed in 2022.
