EN: DSx Client Contact Administration

In DSx.Client (https://dsxclient.3ds.com) the Security Administrator can access the overview of your company's contacts via the menu item "Main Menu\Contact Administration".

Then click on the link "New Contact" below. On the "Contact Definition" tab that opens, please fill in the following fields:

  • Prefix

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email (= Login)

After that please click [Save].

You will be redirected to the overview of your company's contacts. Right behind the newly created contact please click on the button [Change] and select the desired roles. Usually the role "Support Advanced" is sufficient, unless you want to create another admin, then please select "Support Administrator" and "Security Administrator". After clicking on [OK] you will be redirected to the overview of your company's contacts.

Now finally click the button [Apply Role Changes], so that the role assignments become active.

The new contact will then automatically receive an email from Dassault with his access data.
