Question

How to update 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud related Apps (Native Apps, XCAD Connector, …)?

 

Answer

Make sure you have administrative Installation right on your Computer.
Login in the 3DEXPERIENCE in your Browser
Click on the Compass to show your licensed Apps

Click on the downward arrow on the right side of the App to check if an update is available (example shows 3DPLAY for Native Apps Update)

Click on the orange arrow circle and then to Update All Roles to start the update:

After the update is finished go back to the Browser and check if the update is done:

No orange arrow circle is shown so you are up to date!
