Affected User should follow below process to fix the problem:
Open a fresh web browser and clear browsing history, cookies, cache and temp files.
Go to http://3ds.com >> click on Support >> click on Submit a request.
It should redirect to 3DSupport page.
Now perform a fresh login and confirm that it works now.
If this does not help, affected user can request his/her colleague to open and NTSR to Dassault Systemes for further help.
