EN: CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x stuck on loading splashscreen

Description

After latest 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x update CATIA won't start. It keeps loading when starting CATIA, the 3DEXPERIENCE launcher starts and keeps loading for over 1 hour and CATIA won't start.

Solution / Workaround

Add this line to your Env.txt file (you’ll need administrator permissions to be able to save the changes):

DSYSysDlgDisableWebView=1

Environment file location: C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B427_Cloud\CATEnv
