Description: For CISPro Admin role 'Cart' is not available. User is not able to see Submitted request.

Solution: This is due to missing Action permissions.

  1. Check Admin Permissions- open ‘Roles & Users' → select CISPro Admin, click ‘Edit’ expand ‘Action Permission’. ‘Request Queue', 'Submit Request' must be enlisted and enabled for Admin.

  2. Next step is to create View for Submitted Request. Refer attach document to create view/s.
