Description: Error occurred as “Can not login to Biovia Notebook“ or “This site can’t be reached”.

Solution:

Step1: Check if there is a typo in server Notebook URL. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Step2: Check if URL in question is Blocked. If true, then Unblock it and try login.
