Description: Users are having issues accessing BIOVIA draw new version. Unable to download the new version.
Solution: Please see below instructions to install BIOVIA draw:
Login to your BIOVIA HUB On-Prem
Go to Application
Click on ‘ Pipeline Pilot Home’.
Click on “Install BIOVIA Draw“.
Click on preferable “Download and run the BIOVIA Draw Installer“.
It will download a Zip file. Please unzip it and run the application file.
It will successfully install the BIOVIA draw.
