Can I speed up delivery of a TVC fix?

You can contact your sales contact (or ask to be contacted via the issue) to discuss sponsoring inclusion of an improvement or bugfix in an earlier version than otherwise planned. The following must be true in order for this be an option:

1. The change must at least theoretically be of interest also to other TVC customers

2. The change must be technically possible to implement

Also keep in mind that often problems can be solved in other ways than via changes to the TVC product. In those cases it could be an option to get help from the Technia services organization.
