How to find lost Experiment in BIOVIA Notebook
Description: One of the experiments have been submitted and signed, and is nowhere to be found.
Solutions: This can happen due to errata section used by user in that experiment. Experiments marked with Invalid are shown only in the results of an Advanced Search with the Include Invalid Experiment checkbox selected.
Use this section to indicate to a reader that an Experiment includes incorrect information. The author can add text to the Errata section to describe the issue.
Experiments marked with Alert are shown in Experiment lists during searching or browsing.
If two or more errata sections are present in an Experiment, the overall flag is taken from the section nearest to the end of the Experiment.
Flagging an Experiment with errata also places the appropriate errata symbol in the header of the Experiment.
To enter or change an errata flag:
Click Errata in the Errata section.
Select a new errata setting from the list:
No Errata - The default errata value.
Errata Alert - Flags important information.
Errata Invalid - Indicates invalid content in the Experiment.
This updates the Errata section value with the appropriate icon.
