EN: Enrolling Concurrent LUM License(s)

This guide will describe how to install LUM licenses onto your machine/server.

Important Note

Support for IBM LUM 4 ended on 31.12.2013.
The last supported Windows operating system was Windows 7 (end of support 14.01.2020)
Virtual machines and network card teaming are not supported by LUM

Background

In order to use the Licenses file shared with you on email by Dassault Systems, you need to configure it using Basic License tool.

How to enroll Concurrent LUM License(s)

1. On the machine where the target ID was obtained, start the Basic License Tool (Start > All Programs > License Use Runtime)

2. Click on Products > Enroll > Multiple certificates…

3. Select the license file and click Open.

4. Click OK

Note: If you receive a message stating that a duplicate product already exists, then the old product will need to be removed first.
