EN: Enrolling Nodelock LUM License(s)

This short guide lists the steps to enrolling a LUM Nodelock license.

Important Note

Support for IBM LUM 4 ended on 31.12.2013.
The last supported Windows operating system was Windows 7 (end of support 14.01.2020)
Virtual machines and network card teaming are not supported by LUM

Background

In order to use the Licenses file shared with you on email by Dassault Systems, you need to configure it using Basic License tool.

How to enroll Nodelock LUM License(s)

Please copy the licenses received onto the computer.

1. Go to C:\ProgramData\IBM\LUM

2. Rename NODELOCK to NODELOCK.bak (if NODELOCK file is missing then ignore this step).

3. Go to Start > All Programs > CATIA > Tools > Nodelock Key Management (LUM) V5XXXX

4. Click OK

5. Click File > Import

6. Select File and click Open
