EN: What do the different security levels mean?

The issue will be seen by the support organization and by you, but not by anyone else.

This is the default security level.

If you wish to share the issue with a limited group of users, for example if you are several within your company that have JIRA accounts, you select this and then in the field 'Visible to' you enter the username of those users comma separated.

All TVC customers that can log issues can also see the reported issue. This is especially good if you report an Improvement request and wish for other TVC customers to also vote for it.

Do not use this security level if any of the information in the issue is sensitive.
