How does a Named User license work?

Answer

A Named User license is associated after the first usage to one user (eg. user A) and locked there for 30 days.

3DEXPERIENCE on Cloud:

3DEXPERIENCE on Premise:

After these first 30 days of usage, a 3DEXPERIENCE admin could free this license from user A so that another one, user B, can use it.

You can use the highlighted calendar symbol to check when the licence was taken by the user and the 30-day period has started.

Another condition is that user A must not be logged in for at least 2 hours before the license can be released.

But as user B has started using it for the first time it is locked for 30 days to him.

So a switch is possible but not on short term basis.
