Please check your CATIA-Composer hardware components, especially the graphics card and the corresponding driver.

Please find the appropriate driver based on your Windows version, workstation designation and graphics card and install it.
For NVIDIA graphics cards, please set the 3D settings in the NVIDIA control panel as described below.
We will also briefly explain how the operating system, graphics card and driver information can be determined.
For laptops, please deactivate the hybrid graphics in the UEFI BIOS.
NVIDIA graphics settings for Catia Composer from Dassault Systèmes
Start the NVIDIA Control Panel. Go to the sub-item “Manage 3D Settings” and click on the first tab “Global Settings”
Click on “Global presets” selection field and select "Dassault Systemes-V5/3DEXPERIENCE" and, if necessary, "High-performance NVIDIA processor" in the 3D settings, see the image below.
Then switch to the “Program Settings” tab and select Dassault Systèmes Composer under “1. Select a program to be customized:”.
Possibilities to determine the information on the operating system, graphics card and driver:
In the NVIDIA Control Panel window, there is a button at the bottom left labelled ‘System information’
Click on it and the ‘System information’ window will appear
Click on the Windows icon and enter the text ‘msinfo’ and then select the ‘System information’ desktop app found. The system information is displayed here.
Here you can find out the operating system, the installed graphics card and the currently installed driver.

Setting the NVIDIA control window:
If ‘Display GPU Activity Icon in Notification Area’ is selected, an icon with NVIDIA GPU activity is displayed at the Windows system tray area.
This setting can be found in the NVIDIA Control Panel under the ‘Desktop’ tab.

Catia Composer should also be included here.
DirectX diagnostic program:
The “dxdiag” (DirectX diagnostic program) can be used to determine whether or which graphics cards are active.
Call up the program either via “Windows Icon” or keyboard “Windows key” and “r” key then enter “dxdiag”.
In the window, you can then use the Display 1 / Display 2 tabs to check whether the NVIDIA graphics card is active. If there are more graphics cards, this must be listed under Display 1 or Display 2.
