Specify any free IP port number at the end of the SERVER line, e.g. 27009
Specify any free different IP port number at the end of the VENDOR line, e.g. PORT=28009
Finally save the changed file.
Don’t forget to open these 2 IP ports in your firewall so that client computers can connect to the FlexNet service.

From this folder, open your old/older license file with a text editor, copy the server and vendor line to the clipboard (see image) and replace these two lines in the newly obtained license file.
2.4 Make sure that all current licenses are in the LIC folder and contain the correct SERVER and VENDOR line.
Remove expired licenses from the folder.
