Starting with DSLS R2025x FD03 the standalone DS License Server is supported in Hyper-V on a Windows Server with a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0,

Between R2025x FD03 and R2018x these have been the requirements:
License server must be operated as a cluster system (3 VM environments).
The environments must be hosted on 3 different physical systems.
The operating system of these 3 physical machines must be Windows Server with Hyper-V and the hardware of the physical machines must include a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0.

Another alternative would be Managed DSLS.
With Managed DSLS, a customer has the option of using a Dassault Systèmes DSLS license server in the cloud.
This service is free for customers with licenses that are in active maintenance.
