Please first delete the cache of the web browser you are using (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge).

If this does not help, try using a different web browser or use a private window.

Below you will find brief instructions on how to reset the CATUserSettings and the PLM_CACHE when using 3DEXPERIENCE CLOUD.

 1.)   Close all 3DEXPERIENCE sessions

 2.)   Open the path with the 3DEXPERIENCE CATUserSettings (user-specific settings, e.g. from the Tools options).

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\DassaultSystemes\CATSettings\R4xx\DESKTOP_Cloud

Naming convention for 4xx:

426 => 3DEXPERIENCE R2024x

427 => 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x

3.)   Rename the folder to < DESKTOP_Cloud_OLD> (backup copy). A new DESKTOP_Cloud folder is automatically created after the restart.

 4.)   Delete Cloud 3DEXPERIENCE PLM_CACHE

Change to the following directory:

 C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\DassaultSystemes\PLM_CACHE_R4xx

 5.)   Please rename the folder to PLM_CACHE_R4xx_OLD (backup copy). A new PLM_CACHE folder is automatically created after the restart.

 6.)   Cloud 3DEXPERIENCE can now be started

 7.)   If the problem persists, please delete the complete CATTemp directory:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\DassaultSystemes\CATTemp

8.) Then reboot your computer

9.)   Cloud 3DEXPERIENCE can now be started

Note regarding the CATUserSettings:

If resetting the CATUserSettings was NOT helpful for your problem, you can delete the new CATUserSettings and reactivate the old ones by renaming them.

If resetting the CATUserSettings was helpful for your problem and you want your old CATUserSettings settings back, you can iteratively restore the *.CATSettings files from the <DESKTOP_Cloud_OLD> folder to locate the *.CATSettings file causing the problem and then no longer use it. This should solve your problem.
