Namenskonvention:

427 => 3D Experience 2025x

Create a copy of the <Desktop> folder (backup copy).

In order to keep the login information, please make sure to save the PLMServers.CATSettings file contained in it and do not delete it:

Then delete all other CATSettings files present there, with the exception of PLMServer.CATSettings.

Delete 3DExperience WebCache und PLM_CACHE

Change to the following directory:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\DassaultSystemes\

The WebCache_4xx and the PLM_CACHE_R4xx can usually be found there.

Please rename the two folders, e.g. to PLM_CACHE_R421_alt or WebCache_421_alt (backup copy). After the restart, a new PLM_CACHE or WebCache folder is created.

3DExperience can now be started, the following window appears at startup:

Select the server and confirm the message with OK. Then log in as usual.

If resetting the CATUserSettings was NOT helpful for your problem, you can delete the newly created ‘Desktop’ folder and restore the old copied folder.

If resetting the CATUserSettings was helpful for your problem and you would like to have your old CATUserSettings settings back, you can iteratively restore the *.CATSettings files from the copied Desktop folder to find the *.CATSettings file that caused the problem and then no longer use it. This should solve your problem.
